This is a big project and we could use your help!
Sponsorships. These are important because they help to cover the hard costs of tents, permits, porta johns, signage, flyers and advertising. Advertising. Our program book is an important resource, one attendees hold onto because of the listing of farmers and other health conscious merchants. This is a great use of a merchant’s advertising dollars to a very specific target market. We need volunteers to make calls to past and new advertisers.
Public Relations. Getting the word out! Newspapers, radio, posters, flyers. Much of this work can be done at home with a telephone and computer.
Volunteer for the day. We will need lots of bodies the day of the event.

Vendors. We need you! Our last event at this location had over 4000 people walk through the merchant/farmers tent. This is an incredible venue for you to meet like-minded consumers.
